Little is known about Tom Stevens. He was thought to be on the books of Northampton Town at the time he played for Leeds. He played one game for Leeds United in the 1943-44 Football League Northern Section First Championship. He was at Inside Right for Leeds as they won 3-0 at Elland Road against Middlesbrough on 25th September 1943, and scored the Leeds first goal. It is not thought that Stevens played professionally in the Football League.
