Little is known about Billy Williams. He played one game for Leeds United in the 1941-42 Football League Northern Section Second Championship at Inside Right in the 5-1 win at Elland Road against Lincoln City on 3rd January 1942. It is not thought that Williams played professionally in the Football League.
