apprentice and then graduated through the Leeds United Academy. After scoring four goals from
twenty-nine appearances for the Leeds Under-Eighteen side from midfield in the 2011-12 season, he
signed his first one year contract, with an option for a further year, with the club on 15th May 2012.
He also had captained the highly successful Under-Eighteen team, which came second in the Premier
Academy League and his teammate Sam Byram had signed a similar contract the previous day. After
starting as a Striker he has been tested in other positions during the 2012-13 season, when he has
found himself playing in central midfield, on the wing, as well as defensive or attacking midfield.

for the Under-Twenty-One Development team in 2012-13 and crowned his season when he was an unused
Substitute in United's final League game of the season at Watford on 4th May 2013. He was selected
for the first team in the first 2013-14 pre-season game at Farsley AFC on 6th July 2013 when he
played in midfield from the start of the second half until he was replaced by Luke Murphy after
seventy-six minutes, but did not go on the club's tour of Slovenia.
